With the strong support of the university, the key laboratory has introduced and cultivated young and middle‑aged key researchers who are dedicated to serving teacher education in western China, possess solid educational backgrounds, and have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements. As a result, it has formed a vibrant full‑time research team that integrates senior, middle‑aged, and young researchers. The laboratory currently has 78 full‑time researchers, of whom 44 are national or provincial/ministerial‑level talents. Among the researchers, 48 are aged 45 or below, and 21 have received national or provincial/ministerial talent titles and honors.
