Over the past few years, research in Prof. Yu Fang's group has been focused on three fields. The group receives the idea that fundamental research supports high-tech applications and high-tech application tows funda-mental research. This type of r- esearch results in not only papers but also patents and other results of potential real life applications. One example is that a portable, energy cost low and super-sensitive explosive monitor was created.
