简历:

1999年在北京大学获得理学博士学位

2000-2002年在日本日立中央研究所从事博士后研究

2002-2013年河北大学教授、博士生导师

2013-2016年陕西师范大学教授、博士生导师

科研业绩:

基于核酸扩增及纳米粒子探针信号放大技术,系统研究建立了基因突变、DNA甲基化、microRNAmRNA的高灵敏度分析方法,基于单微球表面成像实现了生物标志的单分子、单细胞分析。先后主持国家杰出青年基金,国家自然科学基金重点项目及可控自组装及其功能化重大研究计划等20余项科研项目。在JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Sci., Chem. Commun., Anal., Chem.等杂志发表论文80余篇。

获得奖励/专利:

利用分子发光技术研究高灵敏度分子诊断分析获得河北省自然科学一等奖。
